This cake was produced for the Royal Wedding of William and Catherine. It was the centre peice for a Royal Wedding street party. The cake was covered with buttercream and sugar paste and decorated with patriotic colour royal icing. It was topped with edible handcrafted sugar paste roses in red, white and blue sprinkled in glitter.
