Hobby Starburst Cake
This cake will make a great centre piece to a birthday party. It features a hand crafted character, cat and a fountain of wires coming out the top of the cake. On the wires are sugar paste models depicting the recipient's hobbies e.g. reading, gardening. The cake and board are covered in sugar paste. It can be personalised by choosing the numbers on the wires, two hobbies to be included on the wires and the colour and words for an inscription/ribbon. For a more superior finish the letters on this cake are made from sugar paste.
