This cake was created for a Moulin Rouge / burlesque themed party. It would make a great centre piece to an adult's birthday party. It features two tiers decorated with sugar paste frills, feathers and wires. The cakes and board are covered in sugar paste. It can be personalised by choosing an inscription on the cake board in royal icing.
