Sea Fishing Cake

This cake would make a great centre piece to an adult's birthday party. It was created for a sea fishing enthusiast. It features two tiers decorated with sugar paste fish on the sides. On top of the top tier is an handcrafted sugar paste fishing boat with a sugar paste figure fishing. The cake and board are covered in sugar paste. It can be personalised by choosing an inscription on the cake board in royal icing.
