Ruby Wedding Anniversary Fountain Cake
This cake will make a great centre piece to an anniversary party whether it is silver, pearl, ruby, gold or diamond. It features hearts and a fountain of beaded wires coming out the top of the cake. The cake and board are covered in sugar paste. It can be personalised by choosing the anniversary, numbers on the wires and an inscription. For a more superior finish the letters on this cake are made from sugar paste.
If this cake is to celebrate a pearl wedding anniversary - 30 years of marriage - the sugar paste on the cake will be pale blue and the letters, hearts, ribbon and beads will be an ivory/ pearl colour.
