This cake is ideal to celebrate a special diamond wedding anniversary - 60 years of marriage. The cake is cut into the shape of a diamond and there are edible 'diamonds' on the sugar paste cushion on the cake. The cake and board are covered in sugar paste. A message can be chosen for the top of the cake which can be in classic or italic letters. For a more superior finish the letters on this cake are made from sugar paste.
