This cake features hand crafted, edible, sugar paste models of a Christmas angel and fir trees. The cake can be made from sponge, light fruit cake or rich fruit cake. Our rich fruit cake is made from fruit soaked in brandy. This cake needs time to mature. We have produced a limited number of rich fruit cakes therefore it is advisable to order as soon as possible if you would like this type of cake.

Our fruit cakes are covered with marzipan and sugar paste. It is possible to omit the marzipan if required. Please contact us.
The cakes can be inscribed with Merry Christmas, Happy Christmas or Seasons Greetings plus your chosen names in royal icing. The cake is finished off with a coordinating ribbon.
