About Us  Each cake is individually designed by Linda Clarke in her kitchen design studio in Debden Green, Essex, where she has lived for the last 15 years. Linda is a cake designer and creator specialising in creating high quality celebration cakes. She has a degree in Food Science and Nutrition (hons) and has been making cakes all her life.
Our belief is cakes should taste as good as they look. We like to produce inspirational cakes that make an impact and surprise and amaze others. Attention to detail ensures a cake of the highest quality. We can deliver throughout the U.K.
We use a variety of decorating techniques incorporating:
- cake sculptures
- models e.g. animals, people,
- sugar flowers,
- chocolate decorations,
- inscriptions made from sugar paste,
- intricate 3 dimensional sugar designs e.g. cradles.
